      Hello,

      I bought the new Dreambox DM 920HD (with triple sat/cable/tnt MS) and all is ok but Ci-Plus (plugin 9.17 version for 2.5) has a probem with almost all the channels from Fransat card.

      Fransat and the addons from BisTV are black screen (but seems to be ok, the smartcard is activ, I have tested on my other DM 900HD where this same card is 100% OK)

      On this same Fransat card, I have the new SFR Sat and the channels are all ok for this provider.. Only Fransat and bistv channels are black screen !

      I have also tried older versions and also omder auto pin but it's black always...

      So I don't know what I can do now... Satellite Setup is OK...

      If you have some ideas , I would be happy to know.

    • I'm not sure if this is the right way - but have you assigned the channels to the module?

      I have only universal lnb (4 lnb's and 1 disecq box and works well)

      I find the log and now an example with a channel who doesn't give me the picture:

      thanks for the help to do a screenshot. Here it is the new one

      I change for auto (priority zap). after restart, nothing change.

      I don't now what I can do. Would to know if I can add a third ci module on dreambox with the add ;
      HMP USB-CI PROGRAMMER F. ALPHACRYPT MODULE

      Would be great if this module could be ok on dreambox...

    • Sorry, but i don't know why it is not working.

      Check you Tuner config. In the log the CI Module use Tuner A2 for channel.
      Have you in your DM900 the same tuner with the same configuration ?

      Is one or two cable on your Tuner installed ?
      And how is the config of your tuner A1 and A2 ?

      I have the new triple tuner (with ms streams). And only the A1 is setup with 4 satellites + TNT.

      The configuration I use was OK on the other DM900 I had before.

      I suppose it is a bug with the triple sat card. I think it will be ok after next update... If no, I will advise to have another satellite dish especially for the 5° west on another sat card (that I know it's working, so I hope... lol)
